Meet Eleonora

My journey into yoga began during my university years, when I was first introduced to the physical practice of this ancient discipline. At the time, I was studying languages and communication in Trieste, a city shaped by borders, stories, and cultural exchange.

My early practice developed through vinyasa and aerial yoga during my time in Switzerland, where movement, curiosity, and play were central. Over time, this exploration led me to a deeper commitment to Ashtanga yoga and its lineage rooted in the teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.

Beyond my studies, my life has unfolded across many places. I’ve lived and worked in Zurich, Nice, and Trieste, before eventually settling in Dublin, a city I now call home. Through every move and transition, my yoga mat has traveled with me, offering familiarity, resilience, and a place to return to myself with consistency.
These experiences continue to shape the way I hold space today: grounded yet open, rooted in tradition while responsive to modern life.
For me, Yoga is not something confined to a studio or a single style. It starts from your yoga mat but it is a living practice, one that adapts, listens, and evolves, just as we do.

I have been fortunate to study and practice with inspiring teachers including Sarah D. Hatcher, David Garrigues, Petri Raisenen, Kino McGregor, and many others, each of whom has influenced my understanding of discipline, devotion, and personal practice.

I completed my full 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training in 2024 in Ireland at Yogahub, alongside a beautiful group of people and amazing teachers. Wanting to deepen both my technical and philosophical understanding, I later traveled to India to complete a specialized training in Aerial and Hatha yoga, an experience that strengthened my connection to tradition while expanding my approach to embodiment and breath. One year after my full Teacher certification I also deepened my learning and teaching skills by attending a Rocket Yoga training in Barcelona with David Kyle, students and teachers from all over the world!

During my 9to5 life, I also work full time as a Sales Solutions Consultant at LinkedIn, and I am constantly balancing the fast pace of the corporate world with the calm and clarity that yoga offers. My approach focuses on integrating a holistic method to life, incorporating mindful practices into both professional and personal spheres.

My aim is to create a space where students and practitioners can explore their inner selves, cultivate mindfulness, and find balance in their busy lives. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I’d love to connect with you and guide you on your journey to balance and well-being.

Hope to see you soon on the mat !
